For The Queer Museum, transparency is an essential part of its public responsibility as a non-profit institution dedicated to supporting, connecting and giving visibility to queer artists, especially those from contexts where artistic circulation may be limited by social, political, legal or economic barriers.
The Queer Museum is incorporated in Chile under the legal name Fundación The Queer Museum or Fundación Museo de la Diversidad Sexual. Its statutes received legal approval through Resolution SM No. 546/2025 of the Municipality of Las Condes, dated 23 September 2025. The entity is registered with the Chilean Civil Registry as a non-profit foundation, under registration No. 384980, with legal personality granted on 1 October 2025. Its legal representative in Chile is Juan José Ramdohr Lepori, who serves as President of the Foundation.
